About The RoleYou will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts of all kinds, including technology contracts, IP, and data protection matters, across industries such as media, technology, fashion, and leisure.Clients include UK and international multinationals, household names, small and medium-sized businesses, and entrepreneurs.

About You:You will have 3-8 years of PQE (Post Qualification Experience) in a commercial role, gained from a leading city practice.Experience servicing clients in the above industries is desirable but not mandatory.
