An international law firm is seeking a 4-6 PQE Lawyer to join their leading private equity team in London.

You will join one of the largest dedicated private equity practices in the mid-market, advising clients on all aspects of the private equity life-cycle, from fund formation to exit.

About the RoleIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactions, including:

Acting for corporate and private equity houses in the mid-lower marketActing for management teams on large cap PE deals.BuyoutsGrowth and venture capital investmentsManagement buyoutsBolt-on acquisitionsSecondariesFund restructuringYou will work closely with experienced partners and associates on all stages of a transaction, gaining valuable experience in the private equity industry.

The firm is looking for a candidate with:

4-6 PQE experience, with a proven track record of private equity and corporate transactions (experience level can be adjusted based on needs)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamA willingness to learn and develop your skillsWhat the role offers:
