My client are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and motivated Operations Manager to take a leading role within the UK Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and coordination of all operational activities on-site, ensuring seamless delivery from inception to completion. Collaborating across all company departments, the Operations Manager will align project requirements with operational capabilities, while providing hands-on leadership to the Yard team.
