You must have excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and deliver outstanding customer experiences You must be self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment You will need to have the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively Main Duties Greet customers and guide them through the car buying process. Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles. Provide detailed information about features, specifications, pricing, and financing options. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for new and used vehicles. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers through proactive follow-ups and networking. Stay updated on the latest car models, features, and industry trends Demonstrate vehicles during test drives and provide comprehensive product demonstrations. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.
