This role will provide essential support to the Finance Manager in the day-to-day management of the organisation''s finances.The company offers an attractive benefits package, including:25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)On-site parkingA supportive working environmentKey ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounts and administrative activitiesAccurately record purchases, receipts, and paymentsPerform bank reconciliations and ensure accounts are balancedSupport the Finance Manager and wider team with ad hoc accounting and reporting tasksMaintain accurate bookkeeping recordsOversee pension receipts and maintain electronic notificationsAssist with monthly departmental accounts, including data entry, reconciliation, and filingPrepare half-year and year-end accountsEnter monthly bank and petty cash expenses into SageAdminister purchase invoices, obtain authorisations, and maintain electronic filesFile hard copy payment authorisations and receiptsSupport annual budgeting processes with the Finance Manager and Department HeadsContribute to the development and maintenance of a property maintenance databaseProvide general finance and administrative support as requiredYou will needAAT Level 2 (or equivalent) qualifie
