This role will require a five day working week but there is flexibility around the hours worked. Processing all sales and purchase invoices on to the finance system.Ensuring that accounts payable are paid in a timely manner.Ensuring that all reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable.Ensuring that accounts receivable are collected promptly.Processing of bank transactions on to the finance system.Ensuring that periodic bank reconciliations are completed.Ensuring that required debt payments are made on a timely basis.Maintain an orderly account filing system.Issuing contract letters to customers upon certain triggered contract inception dates.Maintaining the invoicing calculations and logs and raising customer invoices.Daily cashflow forecast updates using the template provided.Sales order processing as required by your
