An exciting opportunity is available for a Lead Quantity Surveyor to join a growing Commercial Team and play a key role in shaping the successful delivery of high-profile projects.
This is more than a traditional quantity surveying position. You''ll have the opportunity to lead complex projects, influence commercial strategy and help develop a talented team of professionals, while working across a diverse portfolio within the built environment.
The opportunity :
As Lead Principal Quantity Surveyor, you will:
* Provide senior commercial leadership across high-profile projects.
* Lead and influence commercial strategy and decision-making.
* Oversee cost, commercial and contract management activities.
* Provide expert advice to stakeholders and project teams.
* Support, mentor and develop other commercial professionals.
* Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Commercial Team.
* Work across a diverse range of built environment projects and services.
The candidate :
* Background in client-side/consultancy
* You''ll bring significant experience in cost, commercial and contract management, together with the ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders and support the development of others.
* Chartered status with RICS, CIOB or an equivalent professional body is desirable.
* Most importantly, we''re looking for someone who can combine strong technical expertise with commercial leadership, strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
