A leading UK building contractor is looking for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join the team delivering a major project inside a fully operational healthcare facility in Birmingham. The hospital stays open throughout the works, so careful planning, strong stakeholder engagement and sound commercial judgement are central to the role. The role is open to candidates from either a building or an MEP background. Experience on live or constrained sites is particularly valued, for example hospitals, airports, schools, universities, data centres or manufacturing plants, anywhere construction has had to happen around day-to-day operations. Your job is to protect margin, manage the supply chain and keep the project commercially on track from start to finish.
