The Opportunity As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will report directly to the Commercial Manager and take a hands-on role across a portfolio of projects typically valued between £300k and £3m. This isn''t a role where you''ll be restricted to one narrow area of commercial management. You''ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from estimating and pricing through to cost reporting, valuations, variations and final accounts.
