Pay - £20 - £22 per hour INSIDE IR35 We are currently recruiting for an Interim Estates Services Officer to support the effective delivery of estate services across a residential housing portfolio. This is a varied, hands-on role combining estate inspections, contractor monitoring, waste management, resident engagement and administrative support. Working closely with the contracts management team, you will help maintain high standards across communal areas and external spaces, ensuring issues are identified, reported and resolved promptly. The successful candidate will be proactive, organised and confident working both on-site and in an office environment, with a strong focus on customer service and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Contract Monitoring: Support the coordination and monitoring of grounds maintenance, caretaking and waste management contractors, tracking service delivery and escalating performance concerns. Estate Inspections: Carry out regular inspections of estates, blocks and communal areas to assess cleanliness, grounds maintenance and overall standards. Waste Management: Monitor bulk waste collections, investigate fly-tipping and waste-related issues, and liaise with contractors to ensure timely resolution.
