As part of the White Horse Federation, this school wants to give their students the best chance of success and inspire every child to flourish through a continuous and inclusive learning pathway that empowers pupils from early years onward. This role calls for someone who can uplift and encourage students, helping them thrive both academically and personally.This role will include work on a 1:1 basis as well as support across the classroom. As part of this position, the individual will be required to work with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) students, therefore having previous relevant experience is desired - but not essential.
