Reed Finance are partnered with a fast-growing, innovative MedTech business based in Newbury who are looking for a new Financial Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded finance professional to step into a well-rounded role, reporting directly to the Finance Director and leading a small transactional team. Management Accounts for three entities (UK, Ireland, and Nordics)Monitoring financial performance against budgets and forecastsPreparing annual budgets and forecastsOverseeing production of statutory accounts and liaising with external personnelVAT returns and corporation taxAudit preparationBusiness Partnering with department headsManaging TreasuryManaging, leading and developing the small transactional accounting teamQualifications

You must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) although QBEs with demonstrable experience in a similar role will be considered.Benefits

Salary is £60-65k depending on experience. This role offers hybrid working with min. 3 days in the office.
