We''re Hiring: Group Financial Controller - PE-Backed Technology | Interim (6 months)Location: WiltshireContract: Interim day rateDuration: 6 MonthsAn exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, PE-backed technology and digital infrastructure company backed by a leading global investor. As Group Financial Controller, you\''ll play a pivotal role in scaling financial operations, driving automation, and supporting strategic growth initiatives including MandA and integration.Responsibilities

Lead group financial control, reporting, and governance.Drive cash flow, treasury, and working capital optimisation.Oversee audit, compliance, and tax strategy.Champion finance systems automation (Microsoft Dynamics 365).Partner on MandA due diligence and post-acquisition integration.Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team.Qualifications

ACA (preferred) or ACCA qualified with post-qualification experience.Proven success in PE-backed or high-growth SME environments.Strong UK GAAP (FRS102/FRED82) and IFRS knowledge.Experience in finance transformation and systems implementation.Sector experience in tech, SaaS, telecoms, or digital infrastructure is a plusThis is a high-impact role with visibility across the leadership teamWhat you need to do now
