An award-winning automotive group is looking for an ambitious Aftersales Manager to lead its Mercedes-Benz Passenger Car Aftersales operation in Heathrow and play a key role in its continued growth.This is a hands-on leadership role covering Service and Parts, where you ll be responsible for driving workshop performance, productivity and profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You ll lead, coach and develop your team, including apprentices, creating a high-performance culture where people are motivated to achieve their best.You ll take ownership of departmental KPIs, cost management, compliance, quality standards and customer satisfaction, while working closely with teams across the wider business to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
