Handyman Required - Plumstead, London

Location: SE28 0FT, Plumstead, London
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2-3 weeks
Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (8.5 hours paid)
Pay Rate: -24.00 - -25.00 per hour

We are currently looking for an experienced Handyman to join a busy construction site in Plumstead. The successful candidate will be required to assist with finishing and general site duties, including:

• 
  Boxing in and securing pipework to provide a neat and finished appearance.
• 
  Moving materials and equipment between Unit 2 and Unit 1 in preparation for handover.
• 
  Installing protective guards around structural columns.
• 
  Fixing and securing screws into plasterboard as required.
• 
  Assisting with general handyman and finishing works across the site.
• 
  Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working area.
• 
  Working alongside the site team and following instructions from the Site Manager/Foreman.
• 
  Completing tasks to a high standard with good attention to detail.

• 
  Valid CSCS Card.
• 
  Full 5-point PPE.
• 
  Own hand and power tools suitable for the work.
• 
  Previous experience carrying out general handyman or finishing works on construction sites.
• 
  Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team.
• 
  Reliable, punctual and available to start ASAP.
