Handyman Required - Plumstead, LondonLocation: SE28 0FT, Plumstead, London Start Date: ASAP Duration: 2-3 weeks Working Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (8.5 hours paid) Pay Rate: 24.00 - 25.00 per hourDuties and ResponsibilitiesWe are currently looking for an experienced Handyman to join a busy construction site in Plumstead. The successful candidate will be required to assist with finishing and general site duties, including:Boxing in and securing pipework to provide a neat and finished appearance.Moving materials and equipment between Unit 2 and Unit 1 in preparation for handover.Installing protective guards around structural columns.Fixing and securing screws into plasterboard as required.Assisting with general handyman and finishing works across the site.Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working area.Working alongside the site team and following instructions from the Site Manager/Foreman.Completing tasks to a high standard with good attention to detail.RequirementsValid CSCS Card.Full 5-point PPE.Own hand and power tools suitable for the work.Previous experience carrying out general handyman or finishing works on construction sites.Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.Ability to work independently and as part of a wider site team.Reliable, punctual and available to start ASAP.How to ApplyIf you are an experienced Handyman and are available for an immediate start, please apply to be considered.
