Bid and Pursuit ExecutiveAbout the Role Join our Bids and Pursuits team, a group of passionate business development professionals focused on winning high-quality, profitable work. You''ll support the end-to-end delivery of compelling, client-focused bids, working closely with partners, stakeholders, and the wider Clients, Markets and Growth (CMG) team. Reporting to the Regional Head of Pursuits, you''ll play a key role in developing high-impact proposals across strategic opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage and support bids from qualification through to submission and follow-up Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategy and develop strong win themes Write, edit, and improve proposal content to ensure clarity, quality, and compliance Conduct client research and support strategic opportunities Enhance proposals with clear, engaging visuals and messaging Maintain and contribute to bid content libraries and systems Analyse performance and drive continuous improvement Ensure all work meets high quality and regulatory standards About You Essential: 3+ years bid/proposal experience in professional services or similar Strong writing, editing, and project management skills Ability to turn technical content into clear, compelling proposals Excellent organisation and attention to detail Confident working with stakeholders and managing multiple deadlines Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills Desirable: APMP or similar certification Experience with bid tools ..... full job details .....
