I am looking for a Site or Project Manager for a project close to Middlesbrough. The project has started recently and I have been asked to find a candidate to complete this project.

This is a residential infrastructure project and includes elements of bulk earthworks, roads and sewers and drainage/site services.

The ideal candidate will have a stable track record in Civil Engineering subcontracting- ideally leaning towards groundworks.

You could have a degree or trades background- the key is relevant experience and the successful delivery of similar schemes.

You will also need SMSTS, CSCS and be able to start by the 18th of August.

The rate available is between £(Apply online only) per day and depends on experience- there is room for negotiation for candidates that perfectly fit the brief.

There are 2 years left to run on this scheme so it's a great opportunity for candidates in the area to secure a stable role on a long-term basis.
