Salary:
£60,000 + excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support,

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations across all aspects of the venue, ensuring smooth service delivery and exceptional guest experience.
As an event-led venue, lead the planning and execution of a diverse range of events including corporate functions, public entertainment, and food-led experiences ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning, cost control, and innovative programming.
Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
Build strong relationships with park partners, suppliers, and neighbouring attractions to enhance the venue’s profile and offerings.
Ensure all operations meet legal and safety standards, including management of the license, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
Proven multi-year experience managing a multi-faceted hospitality or a fast-paced, dynamic events venue.
Strong operational background with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Commercially astute with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and driving profitability.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Creative and adaptable, with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Experience in delivering food-led events and overseeing complex catering operations.
Familiarity with Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and its surrounding attractions is a plus.
