Senior Health and Safety Advisor Worthing / Brighton, East Sussex £50,000 £55,000 + Benefits Major Water Infrastructure Contract Multi-Site Role We''re recruiting an experienced Senior Health and Safety Advisor to support a major water infrastructure contract across Brighton and the surrounding region. This is an opportunity to join an established construction and infrastructure business delivering essential works across the water sector. You''ll be working closely with operational teams, site management and subcontractors, helping to maintain high safety standards across a range of live projects. The role is very much hands-on. You''ll spend a good proportion of your time out on site, understanding the work being carried out, identifying risks and helping teams find practical solutions. We''re looking for someone who can build relationships, influence people and challenge poor practices when necessary, rather than simply pointing out what''s wrong.
