Wir suchen eine*n Implementation Specialist, der/die strategische und groe Handelsartner*innen dabei untersttzt, ihr Business erfolgreich mit eBay.de, eBay.co.uk sowie der eBay Live Plattform zu verbinden. Die Integration erfolgt hauptschlich ber die direkte Benutzeroberflche von eBay, Dateiverarbeitung oder ber Drittanbieter-Software, die unsere APIs nutzt. Dabei betreust Du mehrere Hndler*innen gleichzeitig, begleitest sie durch den Onboarding-Prozess und sorgst dafr, dass sie ideal aufgestellt sind.

In dieser Rolle arbeitest Du eng mit dem Business Development Team, internen Fachbereichen sowie regionalen Teams zusammen. Du berichtest an dieden Managerin fr Implementierung, welche*r Teil der bergeordneten Organisation Merchant Connectivity ist.

Responsibilities

Du begleitest strategische und groe Handelspartner*innen beim Aufbau ihres eBay-Accounts egal ob ber Drittanbieter-Software oder andere Tools und stellst sicher, dass sie erfolgreich Listings erstellen, bearbeiten und Bestellungen abrufen knnen.

Du analysierst und lst technische oder prozessbezogene Fragen von Hnder*innen und Partner*innen, kommunizierst den Fortschritt offen und gibst gleichzeitig Empfehlungen zu Best Practices auf dem eBay-Marktplatz und auf eBay Live.

Du sorgst fr einen reibungslosen bergang vom Onboarding zur passenden Account-Management-Betreuung.

Du identifizierst Optimierungsmglichkeiten in unseren Prozessen, bei Partner*innen oder bei eBay selbst und arbeitest mit den zustndigen Teams an Lsungen.

Du sammelst regelmig Feedback von Hndler*innen, gibst dieses weiter und trittst intern als Sprachrohr fr ihre Bedrfnisse auf.

Du dokumentierst Projekte und Interaktionen in Salesforce und hltst Leistungskennzahlen und Status aktuell fest.

Du erstellst wchentliche KPI-Reports.

Qualifications

Erfahrung darin, ein Business erfolgreich auf eBay zu bringen sei es ber die Benutzeroberflche, Dateiuploads oder Drittanbieter-Tools und dieses so zu managen, dass der Verkauf und die Abwicklung in Grobritannien, Deutschland und auf der eBay Live Plattform reibungslos funktionieren.

Ein gutes Verstndnis davon, wie Online-Marktpltze funktionieren z. B. in Bezug auf Lagerverwaltung, Geschftskonten, eCommerce-Marketing oder Customer Service und die Bereitschaft, Dich weiterzubilden und Hnder*innen zu beraten.

Die Fhigkeit, eBays APIs, Feeds und andere technische Integrationsmglichkeiten zu verstehen und zu erklren.

Einen proaktiven Arbeitsstil: Du bernimmst Verantwortung fr mehrere Projekte, Kund*innenkontakte und Herausforderungen von Anfang bis Abschluss und fhlst Dich in einem dynamischen Umfeld wohl.

Du denkst analytisch, bist lsungsorientiert, neugierig und motiviert, Dich persnlich und fachlich weiterzuentwickeln.

Leidenschaft fr den eBay-Marktplatz und die Hndler*innen-Community.

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
