TUNNELLING GENERAL FOREMAN REQUIRED - SOUTHAMPTONWe are currently recruiting an experienced Tunnelling Site Manager for an exciting project based in Southampton.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in reinforced concrete, shaft sinking and tunnelling environments.Accommodation paid for 6-12 months, company van and fuel card provided.Key Responsibilities and Requirements:Hard working, dynamic with the ability to manage multiple projects in the tunnelling sectorExperience in reinforced concrete, shaft sinking and working in a tunnelling environment.Defining project scopes, identifying technical requirements, and building robust, deliverable plans from ECI.Ability to manage the whole project lifecycle from design/ECI right through to commissioningControlling costs, forecasting expendituresManaging teams and resources including the development of their teams.Managing contractual relationships-often utilizing frameworks like NEC4- variations and change management.Ensuring all work adheres to health, safety, and environmental legislationProactively identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks.Acting as the single point of contact between clients, contractors, regulatory bodies and local communities.Inspecting installations to verify they are completed to specification and comply with the latest industry best practices.Location: SouthamptonPackage includes:Accommodation paid for 6-12 months.Company van provided.Fuel card provided.We are ..... full job details .....
