Assistant Quantity Surveyor
This is a genuinely rare opportunity to shape a brand new commercial function from the ground up. A long-established, family-run specialist commercial roofing and external refurbishment contractor is creating its first dedicated Quantity Surveyor role, and they are looking for someone with a couple of years'' experience who wants real ownership, real mentoring and a clear pathway to grow into a senior commercial position over the next two to three years.

It delivers work on existing buildings across education, industrial, healthcare, heritage, residential block and public sector projects. Working closely with the Senior Contracts Manager, you will support the commercial side of live projects, protect project margin and build the skills and experience to progress within the business as the commercial department grows around you.
