Accounts Assistant (German Speaking) Pinpoint Resourcing are actively recruiting a German speaking Accounts Assistant on a temporary basis to assist with company''s German office. This will be based in Hounslow and based in the office 5 days per week. Duties: Manage client accounts and actively chase outstanding invoices. Resolve invoice queries and disputes promptly with internal teams. Obtain and monitor agreed payment dates from clients. Maintain regular communication with clients regarding overdue balances. Negotiate repayment plans where required. Escalate collection issues and potential financial risks appropriately. Issue statements and maintain accurate account records. Prepare and refer suitable cases to external debt collection agencies. Requirements: Able to speak fluent German (to liaise with the German office) Have worked in an accounting or administrative role Able to work in the office 5 days a week Salary + information: This is a temporary role (8-12 weeks) and the salary will be the equivalent to 26,000 - 32,000 depending on experience.
