Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for the safe and effective management of the manufacturing site. Lead, motivate and develop site teams, creating a culture of empowerment, accountability and collaboration. Develop and implement the site strategy in line with wider business objectives. Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and manufacturing efficiency. Champion a strong EHS, process safety and quality culture, ensuring COMAH and regulatory compliance. Manage site budgets, CAPEX, and fixed costs to achieve financial and operational targets. Identify and implement opportunities around Lean manufacturing, automation and digitalization. Lead and successfully embed change and transformation initiatives, ensuring improvements are sustainable.
