Main Duties Provide leadership and direction to the inspection team. Oversee training and performance evaluation of inspection personnel. Ensure robust adherence to AS9100 quality assurance standards. Support Quality Manager in reviewing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS). Program and operate Mitutoyo Crysta Apex CMMs using MCOSMOS software. Inspect precision machined components using CMM, scanners, and first principles methods. Conduct thorough inspections of in-process and final products to ensure conformance. Develop and maintain inspection plans and work procedures. Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Maintain accurate documentation, test records and quality metrics. Collaborate with engineering, production and procurement to resolve quality issues. Support internal and external audits and certification compliance efforts. Other Responsibilities Promote and support the development of a positive Health and Safety culture. Provide support to other section leaders when needed. Communicate key business updates to the team as directed. Promote best practice and process discipline in all tasks. Continue personal and professional development in inspection and quality.
