The role involves managing client enquiries, conducting site surveys, preparing quotations and coordinating new contract mobilisations across communal cleaning, grounds maintenance and window cleaning services.Approximately 80% of the role focuses on existing-client enquiries, quotations and contract mobilisation, with the remaining 20% dedicated to new business development.This is ideal for someone who enjoys managing the entire process, including detailed administration and documentation, rather than focusing solely on sales.Key Responsibilities Respond to client enquiries and arrange site surveys.Assess service requirements and calculate labour, materials and associated costs.Prepare accurate, competitive and commercially viable quotations.Follow up on quotations and manage opportunities through to acceptance.Prepare site-specific job descriptions, risk assessments and operational documentation.Coordinate contract mobilisation with operational managers.Build and maintain relationships with Property Managers and Housing Associations.Identify opportunities to expand existing contracts and secure new business.Support business development through emails, telephone calls, meetings and ..... full job details .....
