This is an excellent opportunity to handle a high-quality caseload within a supportive department, with genuine scope to take on greater responsibility and progress towards a future leadership role. The Role You will advise on a broad range of Private Client matters, including: Wills, LPAs and estate planning Probate and complex estate administration Inheritance Tax planning Trust creation and administration Elderly client matters and Court of Protection Trust and estate disputes You will also lead client relationships and contribute to the continued development of the department.
