Key Responsibilities for this Private Client Solicitor role

• Probate - dealing with new enquiries, taking instructions, preparing inheritance tax forms, preparing administration accounts
• Wills - dealing with new enquiries, preparing and drafting of wills, execution of wills
• Lasting powers of attorney

Qualifications and Experience for this Private Client Solicitor role:

• Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales, with 1-3 years PQE in Private Client, Wills and Probate
• Able to handle and manage a full caseload
• Proven track record of billing consistently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
