EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 3) - Part Time (2 Days per Week)

A welcoming and nurturing primary school in Leyland, with an on-site nursery provision, is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their early years team.

This is a long-term, part-time position, working 2 days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday), making it an ideal opportunity for someone seeking a consistent part-time role within a supportive school environment.

The Role:

• Supporting teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), including nursery
• Assisting with the delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities
• Promoting a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment
• Working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
• Supporting children''s social, emotional, and educational development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A full and relevant EYFS Level 3 qualification (essential)
• Previous experience working within an EYFS or nursery setting
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework
• A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
