Part Time Receptionist
Our client a well-established service company providing high-quality support to clients across a range of sectors, are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist to join their team on a part-time basis as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and to play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-of-house experience.You will ensure the smooth running of the reception area and provide administrative support to the wider team. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, and thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment.Reporting to the Office Manager, duties to include:Greet visitors and clients in a warm, professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming calls, taking accurate messages when requiredManage the reception inbox and respond to general enquiriesMaintain visitor logs and issue passes in line with company proceduresKeep the reception area tidy, presentable, and well-organisedHandle incoming and outgoing post and deliveriesProvide administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entryAssist with meeting room bookings and preparationSupport the Administration and Customer service teams with ad-hoc tasks as neededAs a successful candidate you will have previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a confident, polite, and professional telephone manner.A working kno
