Health and Safety Business Partner Based in East London Permanent - 45-50K per annum What You''ll DoAct as the lead Health and Safety contact across designated sites/projects.Build relationships with senior and operational teams, providing practical advice and challenge.Promote a positive, proactive safety culture across sites.Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments, identifying and driving improvements.Provide guidance on UK HandS legislation, policies and best practice.Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.Deliver HandS training, briefings and toolbox talks.Monitor safety performance, trends and key risks.Support contractor compliance, onboarding and competence checks.Liaise with the HSE, Local Authorities and Fire and Rescue Services when required.Support ISO 45001 and wider HandS management systems.Skills and ExperienceNEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).Experience in HandS within property maintenance, construction or FM.Strong knowledge of UK HandS legislation.Confident influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels.Experience working across a fast-paced, multi-site environment.Tech IOSH / Grad IOSH / CMIOSH desirable.ISO 45001 experience desirable.What We Offer 45,000- 50,000 + performance-related bonusCar ..... full job details .....
