We are working with a leading Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy in Birmingham, who are currently looking for a talented Senior Structural Engineer to join its growing and highly regarded team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious engineer who wants to work on a genuinely varied portfolio of projects while taking the next major step in their career.

Working across sectors including education, commercial, residential, civil infrastructure, and large-scale refurbishment schemes, you''ll enjoy a diverse and fast-paced workload where no two projects are the same. From concept design through to completion, you''ll play a key role in delivering innovative engineering solutions while working closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary design teams.

This is a hands-on position within a collaborative and supportive environment where your ideas and expertise will have real impact. You''ll lead projects, mentor junior engineers, carry out technical design reviews, attend site visits, and help steer projects through every stage of the design process. At the same time, you''ll continue to develop professionally with the support of an experienced senior leadership team that genuinely invests in career progression.

The successful candidate will be degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering and ideally Chartered with ICE or IStructE. You''ll bring strong experience across a wide range of building structures, excellent communication skills, and a positive, proactive approach to teamwork and project delivery.
