As a SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support a pupil''s academic, social, and emotional development. You will help the pupil access the curriculum, develop confidence, and engage positively with learning through tailored and consistent support.

• Provide one-to-one support to a pupil with special educational needs.

• Support learning, communication, and emotional regulation.

• Implement individual support strategies and interventions.

• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour.

• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN professionals.

• Ensure safeguarding, inclusion, and well-being are prioritised at all times.

• Experience supporting children with SEN or additional needs.

• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to follow support plans and adapt to pupils'' needs.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
