PM Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a pharmaceutical client in Northumberland. Scope of Work: Utility electrical distribution systems MCCs, VSDs HVAC control and instrumentation Building Management System (BMS) Environmental Management System (BMS) Utility PLC control systems Electrical aspects of chilled water, compressed air and steam systems Sensors transmitters and field instrumentation Utility alarms and monitoring systems Develop troubleshooting guides and maintenance procedures Act as SME for utility, electrical and control systems Establish SAP maintenance plans and asset structures Requirements: Experience of SAP PM or equivalent CMMS Time served Electrical/Instrumentation apprenticeship HNC/HND Electrical, Electronic or Control Engineering or equivalent experience Experience with industrial electrical systems Experience with BMS, PLCs and instrumentation Knowledge of GMP regulated environments Experience with industrial utilities and facility systems Contract 6-12 months Onsite ..... full job details .....
