Facilities Officer - Temp to potential Perm Our client is a large public sector organisation responsible for managing a diverse property portfolio across Greater Manchester. They are looking to appoint an experienced Facilities Officer on an initial temporary basis, with the potential for the position to become permanent. This is a client-side role with a strong focus on Hard FM, statutory compliance, audits, planned and reactive maintenance and contractor management. Candidates with a strong property compliance, building compliance or FM audit background will also be considered. As Facilities Officer, you will work closely with the Facilities Managers, supporting the day-to-day delivery of facilities services across the portfolio. You''ll act as a key point of contact for facilities issues, coordinate contractors and maintenance activity, carry out building inspections and help ensure any issues identified are followed through to completion. This is a hybrid role, allowing 2 days per week from home, and 3 days in the office or out within the portfolio.
