Key Responsibilities as the Assistant Building Surveyor:Supporting the delivery of a broad range of building surveying instructions across multiple sectorsUndertaking condition surveys, defect diagnosis, measured surveys and technical due diligencePreparing professional reports, specifications, schedules of work and technical drawingsAssisting with project management and contract administration dutiesSupporting both pre- and post-contract activities under JCT and NEC contractsContributing to refurbishment, maintenance and capital work
