Trainee Positive Behaviour Mentor Required - School in HorshamAn established independent specialist school in Horsham is seeking a committed and compassionate Positive Behaviour Mentor to join its dedicated team. The school provides a nurturing and therapeutic environment for children and young people, secondary aged, with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, many of whom have experienced trauma, attachment difficulties or disrupted educational journeys.Set in a peaceful rural location, the school offers pupils the opportunity to re-engage with learning through small classes, personalised support, and a focus on emotional wellbeing. Staff work collaboratively to create a sense of safety, belonging and achievement for every pupil.The successful candidate will join a passionate team, where positive relationships and consistent boundaries are at the heart of every interaction.
