The opportunities Position 1 - Building Surveying / Engineering Projects Working on a varied portfolio of residential and commercial properties, you''ll be responsible for: Building surveys, condition inspections and defect diagnosis Dilapidations and schedules of condition Repair specifications and remedial recommendations Technical advice on refurbishment and construction projects Liaising with clients, contractors and other technical professionals Position 2 - Building Surveying and Valuations A broader property-focused role combining traditional building surveying with valuation work. You''ll undertake building surveys, assess property condition, prepare professional reports and carry out property valuations.
