We''re recruiting two Chartered Building Surveyors for established businesses operating across the property, construction and engineering sectors.

The opportunities

Position 1 - Building Surveying / Engineering Projects

Working on a varied portfolio of residential and commercial properties, you''ll be responsible for:

• Building surveys, condition inspections and defect diagnosis

• Dilapidations and schedules of condition

• Repair specifications and remedial recommendations

• Technical advice on refurbishment and construction projects

• Liaising with clients, contractors and other technical professionals

Position 2 - Building Surveying & Valuations

A broader property-focused role combining traditional building surveying with valuation work.

You''ll undertake building surveys, assess property condition, prepare professional reports and carry out property valuations.

What We''re Looking For

• MRICS qualified Building Surveyor

• Strong building surveying and defect diagnosis experience

• Excellent report writing and client-facing skills

• Ability to manage your own workload and projects

• For the valuation position, previous property valuation experience is essential

Both roles offer competitive salaries up to -65,000, varied work and the opportunity to develop within established professional environments.
