Working in a smaller setting like this offers the opportunity to get to know residents as individuals and play a meaningful part in the care they receive.The home is looking for a Registered Nurse who can bring sound clinical judgement, a hands-on approach and the confidence to support the day-to-day running of the service.How the Hours WorkThe 40-hour contract is split clearly between nursing and management, so you know what your week looks like: 24 hours on the floor: Two 12-hour nursing shifts, continuing to provide direct care to residents.16 hours supernumerary: Two 8-hour office-based shifts for management, administration and supporting the wider team.On-call: One week in every four.
