Ofsted-Registered Children’s Home Managers – West Midlands

Are you an experienced Children’s Home Manager or Deputy Manager looking for your next career move?

I am currently keen to speak with experienced residential childcare professionals for Registered Manager and senior management opportunities across the West Midlands, including Walsall, Telford, Great Barr, Birmingham, Solihull and Sandwell.

Opportunities available:

• Registered Managers and experienced Deputy Managers

• Full-time, permanent positions

• Salaries typically ranging from £50,000 to £66,000+, depending on the role, experience and bonus structure

• Opportunities to lead and develop residential children’s homes

• Roles focused on safeguarding, therapeutic care and positive outcomes for children and young people

What I’m looking for:

• Experience within residential childcare or children’s residential services

• Previous Registered Manager, Deputy Manager or senior leadership experience

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, or working towards completion, where required

• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and regulatory compliance

• A passion for leading teams and delivering high-quality, child-centred care
