With a food menu by Rodolfo Castellano and Cocktail Menu designed in collaboration with Sabina Sabe (North America Top 50) Little Fires is sure to continue growing and showcasing the best that Oaxaca as to offer, not forgetting we are the sole importers of Assuncion Mezcal into the UK.To help lead our amazing team we are currently looking for a Floor Supervisor

Key responsibilities:

To show exemplary knowledge on all things Little Fires Food and Drinks, passing that knowledge not only to the rest of our floor team, but to our guests

To support the General Manager in the running of all things floor and the occasional full shift, taking charge of the whole venue

To take control of our booking platforms and coordinate with both the General Manager and the Head Chef any requirements that larger parties might haveWhat do we offer:

40-45h per week

Between £14.5-16/h + Service Charge (depending on experience)

All the training you can think of (and then some). From suppliers to WSET Courses, you name it. Everyone''s hard work will be rewarded!
