This role involves customer service, supporting the Store Manager, checking deliveries, stock and shelf replenishment, and working in varying temperatures.Responsibilities

Supporting. Stand in for the Store Manager in their absence, motivate and engage the team, and coach the team to grow sales and achieve targets.Mucking in. Check and unpack deliveries, stock shelves, clean the branch and assemble orders.Delivering great service. Provide a great customer experience with a smile, and coach the team to do the same.Asking questions and building relationships. Ensure customers leave the branch with everything they need for the job.Building a fun working environment. Maintain product availability and branch standards, making the branch a place everyone enjoys coming to work.What You''ll Bring
