Lead, train and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service.Organize, oversee and perform stock-takes.Daily cashing up.Holding of keys, opening and closing of the store.Meet all KPIs/Targets set by the Company (Sales, Performance, Shrinkage).Oversee the receiving, checking, pricing and merchandising of deliveries.Report queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.Process refunds and exchanges.Liaise with and follow instructions from Directors and Head Office.Personal Attributes
