We are currently recruiting for a brand-new Legal Team Assistant, to work in the London office of a leading global law firm on a 12-month FTC basis. This is a wonderful opportunity to work as part of their highly collaborative, Financial Services team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for providing secretarial duties to a few Partners. Responsibilities will include:Managing complex diaries, calendars, and travel arrangements. Handling matter opening processes including engagement letters. Organising Business Development tasks. Answering and transferring calls, taking messages, and establishing conference calls. Editing and correcting electronic and written correspondence. Investigating and organising materials for and responding to client requests. Preparing cover letters and maintaining and processing client bills. Preparing new matter reports and updating codes. Maintaining lawyers'' time entries efficiently. Liaising with clients. Monitoring professional development requirements. Creating and updating contact information. Arranging travel and subsequently completing travel and expense reports. Managing workflow and coordinating projects. Scheduling meetings, rooms, AV equipment, and ordering food. Maintaining and managing documents. Reviewing and processing personal charges. The firm are offering a competitive salary and benefits package and hybrid working arrangements are in place.
