This Cambridge based organisation runs international residential summer study programs for students aged 14-18. As Welfare Director, you will play a key leadership role within the senior team, overseeing the welfare, pastoral care, and wellbeing of students throughout the summer programs. You will work closely with the Program Director, other senior staff, supervisors and external partners such as parents and medical professionals to ensure students feel safe, supported, and well cared for at all times.
