This Cambridge based organisation runs international residential summer study programs for students aged 14-18. As Program Dean, you will play a senior pastoral leadership role, overseeing the welfare, comfort and day to day needs of students and supporting the smooth delivery of all summer 2026 programs. You will work closely with the Program Director, other senior leaders, supervisors, and teaching staff to offer guidance, resolve student issues, and uphold high standards across all areas of student life.
