You will work with members, volunteers and partner organisations, helping deliver projects that support environmental awareness and conservation. Duties and Responsibilities Respond to telephone and email enquiries, manage correspondence and provide excellent customer service. Support online shop orders, stock checks, deliveries, record keeping and general office operations. Respond to reports relating to environmental issues and invasive species, maintaining accurate records and updating digital information systems. Prepare resources, contribute to online content and support awareness campaigns. Assist with training courses, school visits, events and community outreach activities.
