You will be responsible for pulling and reviewing data, carrying out visual checks and ensuring delivery information is accurate and in line with the planned schedule.Key responsibilities: Supporting the administration of next-day deliveriesPulling and reviewing data from internal systemsCarrying out visual checks to ensure information is accurate and completeChecking delivery information against planned schedulesIdentifying any discrepancies or issues and raising these with the relevant teamUpdating systems and maintaining accurate recordsSupporting the wider team with general administrative dutiesEnsuring all delivery information is prepared and accurate ahead of dispatch About you: Previous administration experience is desirableStrong attention to detail is essentialComfortable working with data and informationGood IT skills and confidence using computer systemsAble to carry out repetitive checking tasks accuratelyOrganised and able to manage workload effectivelyGood communication skillsPrevious experience within manufacturing, logistics or a delivery environment ..... full job details .....
